I am passionate about building healthy organisations that empower people to be themselves and stretch beyond their professional comfort zone in a safe and trustworthy environment. I love helping businesses to become healthy and smart, and in the process become ragingly successful.

My Proudest Career Moments

I am proud that I delivered two keynotes last year, something I never thought I would be able to do. It was due to the mentoring and belief that my mentors instilled in me that I was able to stretch beyond my comfort zone and do something I wasn’t sure I could achieve (and absolutely nailed it!!)
