<p>For me, it usually starts with a quiet little sentence in my head:<br /><em>&#8220;It’s fine. I can handle this. I SHOULD be able to handle this.&#8221;</em></p>
<p>And then I say it again the next day.<br />And the next.<br />And before I realise it, I’ve taken on a little bit too&hellip;</p>
