<p>Sharing something a bit vulnerable today. I had to request a formal accommodation after my informal request was rejected and oh boy how it hurt. </p>
<p>Interalised ableism, and also shame, attached to self-advocacy is made 10x harder when you have to further justify yourself.</p>

<p>I&#8217;m a <b>late-discovered AuDHDer</b>, finding out after (yet) another burnout in my early 30s.</p>
