I’m so sorry to hear about the redundancy. I’ve experienced it before and it feels rubbish. Whilst it will feel crap now, it might also provide an opportunity to do something that you get more energy from.I think Tim’s suggestion is fabulous. Mentoring is a great option.
Have you looked at your Strengths? Here is a link to a free profile: https://www.strengthsprofile.com/en/products/free – this will give you a steer on what your Strengths are. You might also look at your VIA Character Strengths – https://www.viacharacter.org/account/register. Sometimes we might overuse our Strengths. I like when you said “obsessively learning” because this might be an example of overusing your strength of growth (learning). I also love that you know you get joy from writing, teaching, and training people.
Do you have something that you love to write about and teach others in? Have you explored options in this space?
Do you need to restart your career or just leverage the experience and amazing skills you already have and step into something adjacent doing what you love. Can you combine these skills and what you get joy from in the first instance?
Sorry – this is my ADHD brain. I hope I haven’t overwhelmed you. But firstly, there are not a lot of people who know about continuous improvement and data analytics that can’t also really write and train in it in my experience.
