Equality, Diversity & FIR Lead
I'm Passionate About...
I work in equality, diversity and fairness, inclusion & respect which I am extremely passionate about. I believe everyone should have a fair chance and equal opportunities to succeed. I have a strong sense of moral justice and will never shy away from speaking up if someone is being treated unfairly. I'm also passionate about creativity, particularly music and acting. I studied acting at drama school when I was younger and although I've nor pursued this professionally, I still really enjoy it. Another huge passion of mine is animals, particularly dogs. I'm a vegan (no judgement to anyone who isn't!) and think that animals are the best things on the planet. I'm passionate about people getting to be their authentic self and feeling safe and comfortable enough to do so. My job role is all about driving change and ensuring underrepresented groups are noticed, heard and seen and get the opportunities they deserve. My final passion is neurodiversity! I enjoy educating others on what it is actually like, how it can present in so many different ways and what they can do to support and help.
My Proudest Career Moments

- Being part of a team who were awarded the number one spot on the top 100 inclusive employers list.
- Never being late for work, as someone with ADHD, that is a HUGE achievement!
