The NDN Mentoring Program is designed specifically for neurodivergent individuals seeking to build sustainable and fulfilling careers. With dedicated support from experienced mentors, you’ll gain the tools and skills needed to navigate your professional path with confidence.

Program Overview

The mentoring program runs twice per year. We have a January Cohort, and an August Cohort.

Duration: 12 weeks

Available Spots: 6

Cost: $200 AUD

Mentoring Hours: 6 x hours distributed as either 6 x 1 hour sessions or 12 x 30 minute sessions over the 12 weeks.

Personalised Mentoring

You’ll be matched with a mentor who aligns with your goals and preferences. Our mentors are also neurodivergent, offering valuable lived experience and understanding.

Experienced Mentors

Mentors are established professionals in their careers, bringing you invaluable wisdom and lived experience. They also receive dedicated mentor training.

Affordable

This program is an affordable alternative to one-on-one coaching, making it accessible for more individuals.

When you sign up, you’ll submit your goals and preferences. This information helps us pair you with a mentor who can best support your journey. While we strive for the closest match, the connection is always tailored to ensure productive and impactful sessions.

As a mentee, you gain access to a special community within the NDN Hub. Here, you can connect with other mentees, share experiences, and access additional resources to support your growth. This community offers a sense of belonging and continuous learning.

To join the program, you should be in a stable phase of life, able to participate without the need for crisis intervention. Our community is designed to support professional development and is not equipped for crisis support.

The structure of your mentoring sessions is entirely flexible and tailored around your goals. You and your mentor will decide the best approach to tackle your challenges and achieve your objectives.
